How to join

You can sign up as a member by entering the terms and conditions of use, consent to privacy policies, and subscription items in a certain form through the [Membership Subscription] menu. You can use the service free of charge immediately after signing up.

You don't have to enter all the information you need to enter when you order. You can always participate in joint purchase and auction events. You can participate in events for members and various discount events.

- Step 5: 400 orders per person per day/ Additional supplies can be processed through the order sheet.

- Step 6: Select a payment method and pay

- Step 7: Order Success Screen (Order Number)

 

For non-member orders, make sure to note the order number and approval number (when paying by card) in step 6. However, if you are a member, it is automatically saved, so you don't need to manage it separately.

For high-value payments, the credit card company may call you for your account security. If the verification process determines that the order is not a normal order, such as the use of a stolen card or an order under another person's name, we can arbitrarily suspend or cancel the order.

 

When you make a deposit without a bankbook, you can directly deposit the purchase price from PC banking, Internet banking, telebanking, or a nearby bank.

The name of the depositor entered must match the name of the actual depositor at the time of the order, the deposit must be made within 7 days, and the order that has not been deposited will be automatically canceled.

Conditions for exchange and return

- Electronic appliances cannot be exchanged/returned within 7 days of receiving the product, if the packaging is opened or the product value is lost due to damage to the packaging.

- Displays the details of the products and services supplied. within three months of the date of supply and within 30 days of the date of discovery of the fact if it is implemented differently or differently from the advertised content;

 

Conditions not exchangeable and returnable

- Where a product, etc. is lost or damaged due to your responsibility. Provided, That except where the packaging, etc. is damaged to verify the contents of the product, etc.

- If the package is opened or the package is damaged and the value of the product is lost.

Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.

Use period

The savings generated by the order will not be converted into actual available reserves until 20 days have passed from the time of the delivery completion check. It is classified as unused reserve for 20 days. Unavailable reserves are reserves for orders that have not been purchased in preparation for returns, cancellation of purchases, etc.

Available reserves (total reserves - used reserves - unused reserves) can be used immediately when purchasing a product.

 

Terms and conditions of use

When using reserves, the minimum purchaseable reserve (purchased reserve requirement line) is 0 won. The maximum purchaseable reserve (maximum amount that can be used once in reserve) is 'No limit'.

 

Extinction condition

In the event of order cancellation/refund, the accumulated reserves from the purchase of the product will be canceled as well. If you leave the membership, the reserves will automatically expire. Even if there is no accumulation of additional reserves for 3 years from the date of the last reserve occurrence, the reserves will be extinguished.
